ZIRCON has a strict no-return policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order.
Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for exchange unless defective. The item must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packing. It will be inspected by ZIRCON representatives and their decision will be final in this regard, in case the condition is not deemed as new.
Tags must be intact. Exchange must be done for an equivalent value in one transaction No credit note will be issued, nor any amount refunded if exchange is done for an item of lesser value. A purchase may only be exchanged once Sale, discounted or promotion items cannot be exchanged.
Items purchased online may be exchanged within three days of being delivered to you. You will need to bear the cost of the sending the returned item back to ZIRCON, as well as for the delivery cost of the item sent in exchange. The procedure for online exchange is as follows: Please contact ZIRCON customer service via email or telephone and provide the following:
1. Your order reference number
2. Reason for exchange
3. The codes of the article(s) you wish to receive in exchange
Our customer service agent will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange your purchase, and provide you with an Exchange Reference number. The article will still be subject to physical inspection upon receipt back at ZIRCON. Please courier your item (along with original receipt and exchange reference number) to:

We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please take care to package it its original packing and send it through a reputable courier company. Upon receipt at ZIRCON, the item returned will be inspected to ensure its condition is as new. You will then be notified of the dispatch of your exchange purchase, along with the additional amount you need to pay to cover a) Shipping charges and b) Difference if exchange purchase is of a higher amount.

Product availability will be rechecked, after which you will receive a confirmation call-back. At this point, you may reconfirm, modify or cancel your order. Upon reconfirmation, you will receive an SMS and/or email with reference number. Please quote this reference number in any correspondence or to track your order. After your reconfirmation, your order will be dispatched from ZIRCON Headquarters in Lahore, and will normally reach you in 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
As a matter of policy, you must pay the Courier agent prior to receiving and opening the sealed package containing your order.

The Courier agent will not take back the order once the package is opened. If you do not pay or receive the order, it will be returned to ZIRCON but you may no longer be eligible to shop online with ZIRCON. For exchange, please refer to our exchange policy. ZIRCON has a strict no-return policy.
